What is it?
A velostation is a locked, supervised parking place for bikes, which is generally underground and close to a railway station and public transport. Access to a velostation can be automated or managed by a member of staff. Its aim is to protect bikes against theft, vandalism and bad weather and it sometimes also offers other services linked to bikes (repairs, rental, etc.) It is most often a paid service.
How does it work?
Thanks to a customer card issued upon purchasing an annual or monthly subscription, veloparking users can access the station 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
